Metered Rates
Taximeter will be used to compute the fare. You will determine the amount of your fare at the end of each trip. A flat rates to BWI and certain non-metered rates shown in the “Non-Metered Rates” are below.
- $1.80 First 1/11 mile or fraction thereof.
- $.20 Each 30 seconds of waiting time.
- $.20 Each additional 1/11 mile or fraction thereof.
Non-Metered Rates
The following rates may be charged, even though they cannot be computed by taximeter:
- $.30 Each county mile or fraction thereof.
- $1.00 Surcharge when taxicab arrives within 30 minutes of call for service.
- $0.50 Night surcharge per trip (between 9:00PM and 5:00 AM)
Flat Rates Bwi Airport
- No other stops may be made along the way. The flat rate applies regardless of the number of passenger/parties that share a ride. No other charges may be added to these flat rates.

- $30.00 FLAT RATE PER TAXICAB FROM CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL TO BWI MARSHALL AIRPORT
- For service from the South Locust Point Cruise Ship Terminal at 2001 E. McComas Street in Baltimore City to BWI Airport, the driver must charge a flat rate of $30 PER TAXICAB. No additional charges may be added if passengers/parties exit the taxicab at different airline terminal within BWI..
- $12.50 – Cruise Ship Terminal to Penn Station (train) OR Penn Station to Cruise Ship Terminal
- $9.50 – Cruise Ship Terminal to World Trade Center OR World Trade Center to Cruise Ship Terminal
- $5.50 – Cruise Ship Terminal to Ft. McHenry OR Ft. McHenry to Cruise Ship Terminal
